Grinder / Deburrer (€540 net per week) in Netherlands

Job description

Are you a skilled professional or someone who enjoys working in a technical environment? Our client is a versatile company specializing in project management, engineering, prototyping, production, assembly, and installation of machines and industrial installations.

The company manufactures machines for industries such as film, foil, foam, fabric, and paper. They also handle medium to heavy construction work, machining of various materials (cast iron, steel, armored steel, aluminum), and supply components to industries worldwide, including steel, machine building, medical, automotive, construction, and defense.

As a Grinder / Deburrer, you will work independently in the pre-processing department while collaborating with other teams.

This is a day-shift position where your key tasks will include:

• Deburring: Removing sharp edges from machined parts.
• Chip removal: Cleaning machined products.
• Drilling and tapping: Manually drilling holes that cannot be machined, and threading them.
• Inspection: Checking threaded holes and ensuring product quality.
• Grinding welds: Smoothing welded parts and performing small MIG/MAG welding repairs.
• Internal transport: Operating a forklift to move materials (if needed).
• Supporting other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a metalworker (minimum Level 2).
• Technical insight and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and safely with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Accuracy, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn the trade or expand existing knowledge.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and serial production.
• Affinity with metalworking is preferred, but motivation and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Preferably own transport.
