Luteijn Metaalbewerking is a dynamic metalworking company based in Breskens with over 20 years of experience in CNC turning and milling. The company specializes in producing single pieces and small series for a wide range of industries, including maritime, mining, machine building, offshore, and agricultural mechanization.

They manufacture high-quality components and finished products using materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and plastics.

As a CNC Turner, you will work on Mazak lathes and be responsible for producing high-quality custom-made parts.

Your tasks will include:

• Setting up and operating CNC lathes based on technical drawings and work instructions
• Working on Mazak machines with Mazatrol control
• Producing single pieces and small series (no mass production)
• Machining workpieces with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm
• Performing in-process and final quality inspections
• Maintaining machines and tooling
• Working independently with a high level of responsibility

Programming experience is preferred, but candidates with strong setting experience and willingness to grow are also welcome.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as CNC Turner
• Experience with Mazak lathes
• Knowledge of Mazatrol control systems
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Independent and responsible working attitude

Terms of Employment

• Salary: €580 – €650 net per week based on 40 hours
• Weekly salary payments
• Full-time position with possibility of overtime
• Travel expenses reimbursed according to CAO
