Job description

Inno Metaal is seeking an experienced CNC Bender to join our team. As a CNC Bender, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and setting up CNC bending machines to produce high-precision metal components for custom prototypes and small series production.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC bending machines with precision.
• Program machines and select appropriate tools for each project.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings to determine correct bending sequences.
• Monitor production processes and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in CNC bending and metalworking.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to determine bending sequences.
• Skilled in programming and setting up CNC machines.
• Experience with Amada or Beyeler machines is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, results-driven, and a team player with good communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: €580-600 net per week (based on 40 hours worked).
