Our client is looking for a professional Chef de Partie to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent cooking skills according to the chef's recipes and specifications. Your work will be a key factor in keeping ou client’s happy. Our current goal is to expand in this Sector to ensure long-term success. All candidates will have 2 online interviews for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
• Follow the guidance of the executive or Sous chef and have input in new ways dishes or presentation ideas.
• Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to detail and quality.
• Enforce and follow strict health and hygiene regulations.
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.

Note that the starting salary for this role is 17.5 €/hour, with a weekly workload of 38h. In addition to this, you'll get a 110% shift bonus for the hours you worked between 12PM – 6AM. Housing and transportation to. from work are arranged.

Requirements:

• Clean criminal record not older than 6 months from the home country
• Culinary school diploma is mandatory;
• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of best cooking practices

All candidates have to take 50€ in cash for the deposit of the house. If everything is correct, these 50€ will be given back to you at your departure.
