Car Painter (€650 - €750 net per week) in Netherlands

We are currently looking for skilled Car Painters to join our team. As a Car Painter, you’ll be responsible for the final and crucial stage of the repair process: painting cars and car parts. You ensure the vehicle leaves the workshop in perfect condition, ready to be delivered to the customer.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess the preparation of car parts before painting.
• Mix paint using digital scales and formulas.
• Match color samples and establish the correct tint.
• Mask vehicles precisely and efficiently before painting.
• Apply coatings including water-based paint, clear coats, and three-layer systems.
• Polish painted surfaces to remove imperfections such as dust, sags, and spray-out areas.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Deliver high-quality results within set timelines and standards.
• Work independently while adhering to company processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and brands.
• Spot repairs are considered a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in car painting following the complete process (at least 1 year).
• Ability to work independently and with precision.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Experience with spot repair techniques is a plus.
• A valid driving license (Category B) is a plus.
