Our client produces minibuses and midibuses for the public transport sector. In addition to buses, they develop and produce special vehicles in a wide variety of designs for many sectors.

The Special Vehicles department is a conversion partner offering solutions tailored to modern transport needs. Their focus is on (LCV) Light Commercial Vehicle platforms up to 5.5t and special projects up to 7.5t.

With many years of experience, they specialize in complex vehicles with extensive system integration and body modifications — from visual and sound signaling systems to communication equipment and armour. This branch is a leader in the world of special vehicle production, striving for the highest quality and innovative products for police, defense, medical services, and fire brigades.

VDL Bus Venlo is looking for an Interior Builder Automotive.

Your main tasks will include:

• Independently finishing the interior and exterior of vehicles according to the information provided
• Working creatively and accurately with a variety of materials to fully complete the bus or car
• Ensuring a high-quality finish that meets customer requirements

You’ll work with materials such as wood, tarpaulin, leather, fabric, aluminum, and more, contributing to innovative and complex vehicle projects.

Job Requirements

• MBO work and thinking level
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working with all common materials (wood, tarpaulin, leather, fabric, aluminum, etc.) – at least 1-2 years
• A team player who is flexible, accurate, practical, and independent

Working Conditions

• Salary: €560–€580 net per week
