Responsibilities

• Independently program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls
• Execute precision milling based on technical drawings
• Choose the appropriate tools and develop milling strategies
• Perform quality inspections on machined parts
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace
• Actively contribute to process improvements

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Operator (at least 2 years)
• Proficiency with Heidenhain control systems is required
• Comfortable working with medium-sized workpieces
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and efficiency
• Passion for technology and engineering
• Flexibility and a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance
• Apprentices and juniors with a willingness to learn Heidenhain controls are welcome
• Strong onboarding and mentoring via a dedicated buddy system
