Leseman Car Care is the expert in preparing cars for remarketing. With over 350 employees across four locations in the Netherlands (Alphen, Tilburg, Vianen, and Nijkerk), we ensure top-quality service for our customers. Due to strong growth, we are looking for a CE cat. Driver for Car Transportation for our Vianen location.

As a CE Car Transport Driver, you will:

• Pick up and deliver cars for our customers across the Netherlands.
• Inspect and ensure incoming cars are 100% clean inside and out.
• Place all vehicles correctly in the showroom.
• Enjoy a good cup of coffee once tasks are completed — we make sure you are home in time for dinner.

Job Requirements

• Valid CE driving license.
• Valid Code 95 diploma from your home country.
• At least 2 years of experience in car transport as a CE driver.
• Social, friendly, punctual, and hands-on mentality.
• Representative and customer-oriented.
• High level of independence and road safety awareness.

Work Conditions

• Contract: Initially temporary; long-term or permanent possible when performance meets expectations (with potential to be taken over by the client).
• Workload: Average of 55–65 hours per week.
• Work schedule: 6:00–16:00, optional Saturdays.
• Work type: Average workload.
• Shifts: Yes.
• Transport: Preferably private transportation to the job.

Salary and Benefits

• Based on experience and CAO M&T.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a car transport driver: salary at €19.46 per hour (approximately €750 – €950 net per week)
• All breaks are paid.
• No net allowances.
• Shoes provided by the agency; working clothes to be brought by the worker.

Experience and Training

• Training will be provided at our training academy in Uden (driving behavior, damages, communication, punctuality).
• Positive test results lead to a 3-day onboarding at Leseman Car Care with an experienced driver (linking truck to dock, changing trailers, driving skills).
