We are looking for a Wood Production Worker for a Pallet Factory to join a wood-processing company in Dalfsen. Together with a colleague, you will process rough wooden pallets using a specialized machine, removing the rough outer layer and ensuring a clean and accurate finish.

The work takes place in a spacious, covered outdoor production area, protected from rain, wind and direct sun.

Your Responsibilities

• Processing wooden pallets together with a colleague
• Removing the rough outer layer from pallets
• Operating the pallet-processing machine
• Ensuring a clean and accurate finish
• Checking the quality of processed pallets
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Working both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with demanding work
• Comfortable working in a covered outdoor environment
• Accurate and responsible working attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Stable CV
• Reliable and motivated
