At this company, part of the MAATT family, we make sure construction sites stay dry — and we do it together. We are currently looking for a hands-on Well Driller / Dewatering Technician who is ready for a new challenge in the Netherlands.

In this work no two days are the same. You will work with modern drilling equipment to install wellpoint and deep-well dewatering systems on various projects across the Netherlands. From setup to completion, you will ensure everything runs smoothly together with your team.

Main Tasks

• Operate and maintain drilling machines
• Install and connect pipes, filters, and pumps
• Check and adjust water levels
• Perform small repairs and keep equipment in good condition
• Work safely and follow Dutch safety regulations (VCA)

Your Profile

• Experience with drilling, dewatering, or similar technical work (at least 2 years)
• Able to handle tools and read technical drawings
• Motivated, responsible, and comfortable with outdoor work
• Driving license B+E or C is a plus

Employment Conditions

• Salary between €550 – €650 net per week
