As a Welder/Assembler, you will work on the production of special industrial machines used in the concrete and brick industry—such as concrete block machines, molds, mixing systems, and heavy manufacturing equipment. These machines require precise metal construction, high-quality welding work, and accurate assembly.

We expect solid craftsmanship and strong knowledge of MIG/MAG and TIG welding. The work is highly varied: some assemblies are completed within a few hours, while more complex machine components can take several days. You work independently on your own machine or subassembly, while cooperating closely with colleagues in the same workshop.

What You Will Do

• Welding using MIG/MAG and TIG on machine frames and industrial components
• Assembling mechanical parts and complete machine sections
• Working from detailed technical drawings and welding symbols
• Fitting, aligning, and preparing parts for welding
• Processing steel and stainless steel materials
• Quality control of welded joints and assembled components
• Collaborating with colleagues to complete complete production lines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in welding/metal construction
• Strong experience with MIG/MAG + basic or advanced TIG
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with ease
• Ability to work independently
• Own transport — private car required
