PostNL is looking for motivated and reliable warehouse employees to join a dynamic logistics team. You can work in different departments, depending on the location and planning.

The physical level of the work can vary by department. Some positions involve mainly small and lighter parcels, while others require handling larger or heavier packages weighing approximately 10–30 kg. For this reason, good physical fitness and a hands-on attitude are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks filled with roll containers or loose packages (10–30 kg)
• Ensure all parcels are handled safely and efficiently
• Inspect packages for damage and report any issues
• Sort and organize packages according to delivery routes
• Follow safety protocols at all times
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic environment
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the loading/unloading area
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

You will receive training for your position, and depending on the department, you may learn different tasks and develop your skills further.

Working Hours: PostNL works with different shifts depending on the location and department. Possible shifts can include:

• Morning: approximately 05:00–13:00
• Evening: approximately 16:00–02:45
• Night: approximately 19:00–09:30

Some locations work with a rotation of morning, evening and night shifts. Weekend work may also be required. Night shifts are limited according to the applicable schedule and yearly regulations.

Shift allowances may apply depending on the hours and days worked:

• 22:00–24:00: 120%
• 00:00–06:00: 130%
• Saturday: 140%
• Sunday: 200%
• A night-shift allowance may also apply according to the location and schedule.

Requirements

• Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting
• Clean criminal record ( needed when applying, before arrival)
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common areas (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety regulations and company procedures

IMPORTANT:

• Employees can only start working once they have received their BSN number and their employment file is fully completed. This includes providing the required passport/ID and tax form and completing the digital onboarding process.
• Please make sure all documents and onboarding steps are completed on time. If the digital onboarding is not completed promptly, the start date may be delayed.
