As a TIG Welder, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring high-quality welding results across diverse projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing TIG welding (90%)
• Occasionally performing MIG/MAG welding
• Working with thin materials (1–2 mm)
• Welding primarily steel and stainless steel
• Assembling components according to technical drawings
• Maintaining strict quality standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement within production

This is a precision-focused position where attention to detail is essential.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience
• Experience working with thin materials (1–2 mm)
• Experience with steel and stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Willingness to work in two shifts
• Detail-oriented with high quality standards
