Job Description

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will handle inbound, outbound, and internal logistics movements within the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently driving a Reach Truck.
• Pallet Management: Moving heavy pallets systematically around the warehouse floor.
• Inventory Management: Navigating the warehouse layout to store, retrieve, and organize home, garden, animal, and clothing stock.

The base earnings amount to €2,409 gross per 4-week period, calculated based on 144 guaranteed hours. You may receive an additional €2.00 gross for every actual hour worked driving the Reach Truck. Salaries are processed and paid every 4 weeks. Weekly advance payments of €120.00 are available after your first completed week of work.

You get a fixed guarantee of 36 hours of work per week. Sundays and official public holidays are paid at a +200% premium rate. Full-time contracts include 144 hours of paid holiday.

Requirements:

• Certifications: A valid reach truck certificate or license, along with proven experience operating the machinery safely.
• Reliability: A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a track record of excellent workplace attendance.
• Adaptability: Ability to stay focused and perform well under pressure during busy periods to ensure work is completed by the end of the shift.
• Safety Mindset: A proactive commitment to warehouse health and safety rules, including the mandatory use of required steel-toe safety shoes.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of handling a diverse product assortment accurately to prevent inventory errors and damage during pallet movement.
