Our client is looking for a Data Center Operations Warehouse Employee. Working from general procedures and instructions, you will execute warehouse, logistics, and foundational technical transactions in an accurate and timely manner. You are responsible for performing department processes safely and operating specialized equipment to complete daily duties.

What You Will Do

Following clear instructions and safety rules, you will handle daily warehouse tasks, help move computer parts, and keep accurate records.

• Moving and Setup: Help unpack, set up, and move new or old computer servers, storage units, and network gear on the data center floor.
• Basic Technical Tasks: Unplug, move, or handle basic parts like cables and fiber wires safely without someone watching you all the time.
• Logistics: Receive new server stock from delivery trucks, move it to the right room, and pack up old gear to ship it out safely.
• Daily Warehouse Tasks: Scan items, pack boxes, count products, tidy up, and throw away waste.
• Eco-Friendly Work: Work fast to hit your daily targets while trying to save energy and reduce waste.

You can earn extra money on top of your standard hourly pay during nights and weekends:

• Monday to Friday (00:00 – 06:00): +45% extra per hour.
• Monday to Friday (19:00 – 21:00): +25% extra per hour.
• Monday to Friday (21:00 – 24:00): +35% extra per hour.
• Saturdays (all day): +50% extra per hour.
• Sundays & Public Holidays (all day): +100% extra per hour (Double pay).

Overtime Pay (If you work more than 40 hours a week)

• Monday to Friday Overtime: +30% extra per hour.
• Saturday Overtime: +50% extra per hour.
• Sunday Overtime: +100% extra per hour.

Requirements:

• Language: You need to understand and speak basic English.
• Computer & Tech Skills: Basic computer skills. You should be able to recognize simple network parts and handle wires carefully.
• Physical Strength: You must be able to lift up to 25 kg and push heavy equipment on wheels.
• Mindset: You have good attention to detail, work well alone, and love working in a team.
• No Experience? No Problem: You just need to learn fast. We provide 3 full months of training and job shadowing to help you get good at the job.
• Arranged Housing: Comfortable agency housing (SNF-certified) is ready for you. You will share common spaces like the kitchen and bathrooms with your coworkers.
• Couples and Friends: Friends and couples are very welcome to apply together! Just keep in mind that because the data center is large and has different teams, you might work in different sections or on different shifts.
• Great Training: 3 months of paid training and shadowing to make sure you feel confident.
