The company is a Dutch enterprise that specializes in designing and producing plastic packaging trays, mainly thermoformed trays for various markets such as food, fresh produce, confectionery, and non-food applications. Job Description

As a production worker, you will support operations with various tasks that are straightforward yet specific:

• Performing physical production work.
• Operating and supporting production machines.
• Packing, sorting, and moving products.
• Checking product quality.
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe.
• Working together with colleagues to meet production targets.

The workload is 45 hours per week (40 hours at 100%, plus 5 hours as overtime at 150%).

Shift Schedule (2-shift system):

• • Morning Shift: 06:00 – 16:00 (includes a 1-hour unpaid break)
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:45 – 23:30 (includes a 1-hour unpaid break)

In addition to the base salary, employees get additional allowances:

• ADV Allowance: €1.17 per hour (5.12%)
• Total Salary: €15.89 per hour
• Shift Allowance: 8% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage
