We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in a windows manufacturing facility. The primary responsibility of this position is to glue wooden components onto glass, ensuring accuracy and quality in the production process. Although the work is straightforward, attention to detail and prior experience with woodworking are essential to perform the job effectively.

As part of the production team, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality windows that meet our company’s standards. The role requires individuals who are dependable, capable of working independently when needed, and able to follow safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Gluing and assembling wooden parts onto glass surfaces according to specifications
• Inspecting materials for quality before and after assembly
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following safety regulations and company guidelines at all times
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met

Requirements

• Basic experience in woodworking, carpentry, or a related field
• Ability to handle tools and materials with care and precision
• Own car for commuting (mandatory, as the workplace is not easily accessible by public transport)
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
