For LOA Hessels B.V., we are looking for a Powder Coater / Wet Paint Sprayer who values neat workmanship, takes their trade seriously, and enjoys working in a close-knit team.

As a Powder Coater / Wet Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for coating and spraying metal parts. You ensure machines are set up correctly, coatings are applied evenly, and the final result meets high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up powder coating and wet paint lines and monitoring the process
• Ensuring products meet required quality standards and specifications
• Performing basic maintenance and resolving minor technical issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a strong team environment

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in powder coating or wet painting (preferred)
• Has a good eye for color, quality, and detail
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Is accurate and responsible in their work
