. As a Production Worker, you will work in small, high-precision groups of three to fulfill orders and manage inventory using advanced machinery.

This is not a temporary agency position. Our client provides a direct employment contract with fixed hours, offering you genuine income security and a stable career path.

Key Responsibilities

As a plastic production worker, you will perform the following daily tasks:

• Order Fulfillment: Collect and combine various types of plastic granulate according to specific customer orders.
• Machine Operation: Use specialised machinery to fill and empty silos or large bags with plastic granulate.
• Team Collaboration: Operate effectively within 3-person groups to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Precision Work: Maintain high levels of focus and precision to ensure the quality of sustainable plastic products.

The salary for the role is €16.43 gross per hour (including holiday allowance), which translates to a €2,365.46 gross per 4-week period, based on 144 guaranteed hours. Workers also have the possibility of receiving a €75.00 weekly advance after your first week of work.

Additionally, there's a premium pay for holidays and Sundays at 200%. As this is a full-time contract, workers also receive full paid holidays (144 hours).

Work takes place Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00

Safety shoes with a steel nose are mandatory. The company provides shirts and shoes free of charge (to be returned upon end of cooperation).

Requirements:

• Good physical strength;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
