Autoschade De Kade is currently seeking an experienced Panel beater / Damage Repair Mechanic to join their growing team.

In this role, you will take charge of diagnosing and repairing vehicle body damage, ensuring structural integrity and visual perfection. Your work will contribute to delivering a top-tier customer experience and maintaining the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the extent of vehicle damage and determining appropriate repair procedures
• Carrying out precise body and panel repairs to restore vehicle condition
• Using specialist tools and techniques to reshape and replace panels
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet repair deadlines
• Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized
• Communicating clearly with customers about repair steps and timelines

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a panelbeater or damage repair mechanic
• Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Effective communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
• Vocational training or certifications in automotive repair (preferred)
