Our client operates within the wood-processing industry and specializes in the production and repair of wooden pallets. Sustainability is a core part of their operations, featuring a strong focus on reusing and recycling wood. In their modern production facility, used pallets are repaired and wooden components are reintegrated into the production process within a dynamic, friendly environment where quality and teamwork are highly valued.

Job Description

As a Pallet Repair Employee, your day-to-day duties on the production line will include:

• Working on the production line for wooden pallets.
• Repairing used and damaged pallets.
• Inspecting new and repaired pallets for quality.
• Sorting wooden components for reuse.
• Processing reusable wooden materials.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain an efficient production process.
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized.

The net take-home salary is €445 net per week (calculated after deductions for accommodation and health insurance costs). Employees will be working in a day shift.

Requirements

• Experience working with tools, powertools working specifically with wood (measuring, cutting wood, nailing wood pieces, etc)
• Teamwork & Independence: Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of performing demanding physical work.
• Work Ethic: Hands-on mentality, strong perseverance, high motivation, and a reliable work ethic.
