One of our clients is looking to expand their production team. As a Machine Operator, you are the heart of their production process. You will be responsible for ensuring that millions of consumers worldwide receive high-quality dairy products, from infant nutrition to specialised dairy ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
In a highly automated production environment, you will take ownership of your line:
- Operational Processes: Start up, operate, and shut down high-tech production and packaging lines according to strict SOPs.
- Process Monitoring: Constantly monitor flow, temperature, and pressure settings via HMI panels to ensure optimal output.
- Troubleshooting: Perform first-line technical interventions. You identify the root cause of deviations and resolve them to minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Perform laboratory-standard quality checks and sensory testing (smell/sight) to ensure every batch meets FrieslandCampina’s "Foqus" quality standards.
- CIP & Hygiene: Oversee Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) processes to maintain the highest levels of food safety and hygiene.
- Administration: Accurately log production data, quality deviations, and maintenance activities in the digital ERP system.

Requirements:
- Education: A technical degree (MBO 3 or 4) in Process Technology (VAPRO A/B) or Food Technology.
- Experience: Previous experience in the Food, Pharma, or Chemical industry is highly preferred.
- Quality Mindset: Deep understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
- Technical Aptitude: You have an affinity for PLC-controlled systems and mechanical components.
- Personal Traits: You are accurate, have a high sense of responsibility, and thrive in a 3-shift or 5-shift rotation.
- Language: Good command of Dutch or English.
- Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
