Job Details

As an order picker, candidates will be responsible for collecting hospital and nursing home supplies such as adult diapers and other lightweight medical products. Tasks will include:

• Collecting hospital and nursing home supplies, such as adult diapers and other medical products
• Using a printed order sheet to identify items to be picked
• Operating a handheld scanner to confirm item selection
• Moving through the warehouse with a trolley while picking orders
• Ensuring correct quantities and products are selected
• Occasionally handling larger or heavier boxes
• Maintaining order accuracy and product quality
• Keeping work area clean and organized throughout the shift

The contract is initially 6 months, with a possible extension. You have 144 guaranteed hours in 4 weeks, earning € 2.264€ gross.

Working days are from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 09:00 to 17:30. Employees receive a full-time employment contract with fixed hours.

Bonuses and Allowances

• Sundays and Public Holidays: +100%
• Holiday Pay: 144 paid hours annually based on full-time contract
• Advance Payment: €75/week available after 1 week of work
• Opportunities: Internal promotions & permanent contract possible after 2 years

• Workwear:
  • Free t-shirt and work shoes provided (return after end of contract)
  • Steel-toe safety shoes required (bring your own or use company’s)

Requirements:

• Motivation for long-term employment
• Physically fit and comfortable with walking, standing, and light lifting
• Able to perform warehouse tasks like picking, scanning, and sorting (experience is a plus)
• Willing to wear steel-toe safety shoes (own or provided by company)
• Must have Dutch health insurance (own or opt in to company’s plan)
• Able to work Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 17:30
• Willing to follow workplace rules and collaborate in a team environment
