Our client, HKS is a leading international metal recycling company committed to safe and sustainable practices. They offer a supportive environment where professional ambitions are nurtured, and people make a real difference. Currently, the company is looking for four experienced metal production operators to join their team.

Job Description:

As a Production Operator, the candidate will be a part of the automated metal processing and sorting center, ensuring the optimal operation of high-tech installations and manage the production process. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and setting up sorting installations.
• Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Monitoring and reporting technical failures or deviations.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the production line.
• Checking the quality of materials and processes.
• Coordinating team members (depending on the production line).
• Promoting teamwork and a safe working environment.
• Operating a forklift to move materials and products.
• Contributing to process and workplace improvements.

Note that the salary for this position is  €15.61 per hour.with allowances (117.9% + €0.80 per hour, ATV + SAO allowance: €0.49 per hour). ADditionally, the lucky candidates will be required to give deposit of €105 for housing, adeposit of €25 for shoes, and a deposit of 2×51.50 euro for company jackets and pants.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor, potentially dirty/dusty and wet environment.
• Heavy physical work.
• 2-shift system (40 hours per week).

Requirements:

• MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of working and thinking.
• Experience as an Operator in a production environment.
• B1-B2 level of English language proficiency. Polish language skills are a plus.
• Forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to perform operational tasks independently.
• Vapro qualification (a plus).

We Offer:

• Netto 550 euro per week.

Deposits (deducted from the salary)
