Are you an experienced and motivated professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in the food production sector? Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Line Worker to join their team in Sassenheim.

In this role, you will handle the complete range of tasks across our production line. Working within a vibrant, multicultural team environment, you will ensure our high-quality meat products are prepared, inspected, and packaged efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Preparation: Prepare meat trays for both the oven and the marinating machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspect and maintain strict quality standards for all prepared products.
• Packaging: Securely seal and pack the finished products to prepare them for distribution.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with a multicultural team to keep the line moving safely and efficiently.

The base salary for this role is €14.71 gross per hour, with safe and secure accommodation for the duration of the contract.

Allowances and Extras:

• Overtime Incentives: 125% rate for the first 8 hours of overtime. and 135% rate for each subsequent overtime hour beyond 40 hours.
• Holiday Premium: 200% rate for working on Public Holidays.
  • 8.33% Holiday Allowance.
  • 10.92% Reserved Vacation Hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Skills: A B1+ command of the English language.
• Durability: Ready to work with raw meat, loud noise, and the strong smell of meat on the work floor.
• Background: A clean criminal record is needed before arrival.
• Physical Fitness: Physically apt and capable of managing the physical demands of a food production environment.
• Independence: Proven ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
