Our client, Champi-mer B.V., is looking for machine operators to join their team in Kesteren, the Netherlands!

Champi-mer B.V. is a fast-growing food production company in the Netherlands, founded in 1993. It specializes in processing fresh mushrooms into frozen products, which are exported globally. With two production lines operating 24/5, it's located along the A15 in the heart of Betuwe.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging line for frozen mushrooms (500g–10kg);
• Set up and monitor machine parameters (conveyors, multihead weighers, vertical flow packers);
• Execute production orders independently and according to schedule;
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality packaging;
• Collaborate with forklift driver for delivery and collection of products;
• Maintain optimal machine settings to meet output goals.

The starting salary for this position is €15.47 gross per hour, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday. Overtime occurs regularly and can go up to 1.5 hours on certain days.

You can bring your own safety shoes, or the company can provide them—if you leave within 6 months, €35 will be charged; after 6 months, they’re free.

Requirements

• A CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;
• Experience with packaging machinery is mandatory;
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules;
• Attention to quality and detail;
• Warm overalls are provided for warehouse work, and safety shoes with steel toes are required;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
