Our client, Lidl, is looking for orderpickers to join their team in the Netherlands!

Lidl is a global discount supermarket chain based in Germany, with over 11,000 stores across 30+ countries. Known for its no-frills approach, Lidl offers high-quality products at low prices, focussing on private labels. The company prioritises efficiency, sustainability, and reducing its environmental impact.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet truck for order picking;
• Use a voice system to complete order picking tasks;
• Check orders for accuracy, including verifying quantities and identifying defects;
• Prepare orders for shipment by stacking items and wrapping pallets in plastic;
• Other related tasks.

The hourly rate includes an ADV allowance.

This full-time position requires working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, year-round.

The role offers long-term employment, starting with a contract at AB-Werkt.

Requirements

• CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;
• Minimum of 6 months' previous experience as a warehouse worker;
• Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing tasks;
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary;
• Works with precision and attention to detail;
• Takes responsibility for completing tasks effectively;
• Can work independently or as part of a small team;
• Physically strong;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
