We are looking for an experienced Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join a modern and innovative metalworking company. The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality steel constructions and metal components using advanced laser cutting technology.

As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring laser cutting machines to ensure accurate and efficient production. You will work with technical drawings, perform quality checks, and ensure that finished products meet the required standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating Bystronic laser cutting machines.
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
• Monitoring the laser cutting process and making adjustments when necessary.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications.
• Performing independent quality inspections and checking product dimensions.
• Carrying out post-processing activities, including unpacking, sorting, and handling finished metal components.
• Performing daily machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Operating overhead cranes to move materials when required.
• Working together with colleagues to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous recent experience operating laser cutting machines, preferably Bystronic.
• Experience setting up and adjusting laser cutting machines independently.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good technical knowledge of metalworking and laser cutting processes.
• Experience performing quality checks and handling finished products.
• Experience operating overhead cranes; a valid certificate is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and responsibly.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (morning and afternoon).

• Net salary: €570–€700 per week (2-shift system).
• Gross hourly wage: €17.48–€20.00.
