Job Description

As an EPT/Order Picker, you ensure that all orders are picked and placed in the correct location using an EPT (with long forks). Your main tasks include:

• Picking orders using an EPT with long forks, a packing slip, and a scanner.
• Preparing complex orders.
• Processing picking lists administratively using scanners.
• Labeling pallets and applying specific stickers.
• Stacking and unstacking goods.
• Performing cleaning tasks in the warehouse when it is quieter.

In addition to the base salary, employees get an overtime rate of 135% and 125% for working hours after 19:00 (Evening Allowance)

Employees will be working in a two-shift system, switching every week:

• • Shift 1: 08:00 – 17:00 (Note: When on this shift, you work 6 days per week, including Saturdays)
  • Shift 2: 12:00/14:00 – 21:00/23:00 (Dependin on business)

The company holds an introductory session on Mondays, and if everything is in order, you can start work from Tuesday.

The temperature is around 11°C to 12°C; the client will provide extra clothing where necessary.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating an EPT, plus general experience in a logistics, warehouse, or production environment.
• Physical & Personal Traits: Physically fit, comfortable working with scanners, safety-conscious, accurate with a strong eye for order and cleanliness, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
