As an Electrician Assembler, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on assembling, wiring, and installing electrical systems in transformer substations. This includes:

• Assembling switch and distribution equipment
• Laying ring grounding and finishing low-voltage cables
• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• Performing various assembly tasks and ensuring proper installation of electrical systems
• Working with instructions, technical drawings, and electrical schematics

This role offers long-term stability in a newly built production hall that provides a warm and safe working environment. With over 50,000 new transformer substations needed in the Netherlands in the coming years, you’ll play a key role in this important energy transition.

Requirements

• Ability to read schematical electrical drawings
• Experience as a panel builder (at least 2 years) and technical education
• Good work attitude and willingness to commit to long-term work

Your First Week

When you arrive in the Netherlands, one of our coordinators will welcome you and take you to your temporary home in Nijkerk. You’ll spend a day at our training center to meet your contact persons and our trainer, who will ensure you’re fully prepared for the job.

During your first week, we provide free accommodation, lunch and drinks during the training day, and €20 net per training day to help cover initial expenses. We’ll also assist you in getting your Dutch citizen service number (BSN) and enrolling in the VCA safety course, if needed.

At the end of the week, you’ll move into your new accommodation and be ready to start. On your first working day, one of our staff members will accompany you to the client to ensure a smooth start.
