The client is a specialized producer with two locations in Delfgauw and Pijnacker covering over 52,000 m² of production area, focusing on the year-round cultivation of high-quality Dendrobium Nobile orchids using modern, environmentally sustainable techniques.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Working in a modern greenhouse environment, you will handle various stages of the plant production process depending on daily operational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Placing and arranging plants in the greenhouse.
• Planting orchids.
• Caring for plants and performing general cultivation tasks.
• Packing plants and preparing them for shipment.
• Carrying out other greenhouse-related duties accurately and responsibly.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Overtime / Weekends: Depending on operational needs, work may occasionally be required on Saturdays.

Weekly salary payments directly to your bank account. Participation in the StiPP Plus-Pensioen pension scheme starting from your first working day.

Transportation to and from work provided via bicycle for agency accommodation users, supported by dedicated coordinators and easy mobile app access for all employment documents (payslips, contracts, annual statements).

Requirements

• Experience: Experience working with orchids is mandatory.
• Commitment: Availability and interest in long-term, year-round cooperation, including a willingness to attend an interview with the client prior to starting.
• Transportation: Must have your own means of transportation or be willing to commute by a company-provided bicycle (up to 10 km).
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room with another tenant.
