As a Demolition worker at Kamphuis, you will take part in a wide variety of demolition and dismantling projects across the Northeastern Netherlands. This is not standard demolition work — it requires precision, safety, and a focus on sustainability.

One week you may be dismantling a high-voltage installation, the next you could be helping to take down an entire apartment complex. All materials are recycled as much as possible, with a strong focus on circular demolition.

Safety is paramount: you will follow strict protocols and complete several certified training courses, including asbestos removal. From your first day, you’ll work alongside an experienced colleague who will guide you through the job and help you earn the necessary certifications.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a long-term career opportunity in a highly specialized branch of the demolition industry.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Relevant experience with construction tools and equipment
• Basic construction knowledge (advantage)
• VCA certificate: mandatory (or willingness to obtain)

Employment Terms

• Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week under Construction & Infrastructure CAO
• Salary:
  • €15.36 gross per hour (first 6 months, entry level)
  • €16.31 gross per hour (after 6 months)
• Payment: Weekly
• Benefits: Car provided for commuting; housing available in Klazienaveen (single furnished room)
