We are looking for experienced and motivated Construction Workers to join a major agricultural construction project in Roermond, Netherlands.

Job Description

As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks on the site, from preparatory work to the execution of construction activities. This is heavy outdoor work requiring collaboration and adherence to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly: Assisting in the construction and assembly of structures (e.g., concrete, steel, wood).
• Groundwork: Carrying out groundwork and foundation work.
• Installation: Installing and finishing walls, floors, and other building elements.
• Support: Supporting the installation of utilities and infrastructure.
• Compliance: Strictly following safety procedures and quality regulations.
• Documentation: Working accurately according to technical drawings and supervisor instructions.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and site supervisors.

The starting salary is around €17.00 per hour.(depending on experience). The role implies a total of roughly 40 working hours per wee with provided transportation (companu van), and accomodation.

Requirements:

• Experience: Required experience in general construction work.
• Motivation: Highly motivated individuals who are willing to work outdoors and perform heavy physical work.
• Commitment: Must be able to stay the whole period until October 2026 (holidays in discussion with the client).
• Team Composition: You will work in a team with Dutch and Romanian professionals.
• Accomodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
