We are looking for motivated Concrete Workers for a precast concrete production company in the Netherlands.

As a Concrete Worker, you will be involved in the production of precast concrete components used in residential construction projects.

Your daily tasks include:

• Cleaning concrete molds
• Preparing molds for concrete pouring
• Filling molds with concrete
• Assisting in the production process together with your team

All work is carried out in a large and close-knit team environment. You will never work alone and teamwork is very important.

Job Requirements

• Motivation to work in the concrete/construction industry
• Ability to work well in a team
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on work
• Experience in concrete work
• Good working attitude and reliability

Employment Conditions

• Gross salary starts from €15,70 gross per hour depending on experience (can increase up to €17,50 gross per hour)
• Estimated net salary: €400 – €470 per week

Working Hours

• Standard working day: 07:00 – 16:00
• Employees can work additional hours if they wish
• Maximum working week: 55 hours
• Workers who have been with the company longer and are familiar with the production process are given more flexibility in their schedules
• Experienced employees may choose to start their shift between 03:00 and 07:00

!!! Important – Summer Holiday Period

The company will have its summer holiday between 27 July and 17 August. During this period, some employees will continue working, while others will have time off. Candidates can therefore:

• Start as soon as possible, work for a few weeks, and then return to their home country during the holiday period, or
• Arrive and start work after 17 August.
