Our client is an established manufacturer of precast concrete elements based in Coevorden, the Netherlands. The company produces a variety of concrete elements and prefabricated structures using professional production processes and high-quality materials. Quality, safety, reliability, and efficient teamwork are important throughout the production process.

As a Concrete Production Worker, you will be involved in the production of various precast concrete elements. Your daily tasks will include:

• Prepare production moulds for concrete prefabricated elements
• Install and secure reinforcement according to technical drawings and specifications
• Pour and process concrete in prepared moulds
• Remove finished prefabricated elements from moulds
• Repair minor imperfections and finish concrete surfaces
• Clean and prepare moulds for the next production cycle
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process
• Follow health and safety regulations and keep the workplace clean and organized

Requirements:

• You have experience in concrete work, reinforcement, formwork, or a similar production role
• You are able to read and work according to technical drawings
• You are comfortable working with hand and power tools
• You work accurately and pay attention to quality
• You are physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• You can work independently as well as within a team
• You are reliable, punctual, motivated, and committed to your work

What do we offer?

• Dutch employment contract
• Hourly wage from €16.49 gross
• Approx. €504 net per week for 40 hours worked, after costs and taxes, to start
• Weekly salary payments
