About the Machinery

You will work with modern Mazak milling machines, including:

MAZAK VTC 820/30

• X-travel: 3000 mm
• Y-travel: 820 mm
• Z-travel: 720 mm
• Control: CNC Mazatrol Matrix

MAZAK VTC 20C

• X-travel: 1660 mm
• Y-travel: 510 mm
• Z-travel: 510 mm
• Control: Mazatrol M-plus

MAZAK VTC 530C

• Table size: 1300 × 550 mm
• Feed: 42 m/min
• Spindle speed: 12,000 rpm
• Chip-to-chip: 2.8 seconds
• Intelligent Thermal Shield for thermal compensation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 3 years experience as CNC milling operator
• Preferably experience with Mazak / Mazatrol controls
• Experience with 3-axis milling machines
• Able to program independently
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to stay long-term in a stable role

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €580–€600 net/week (2-shift, 38.75 hours, depending on experience)
