We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer who specializes in machining large and small components, such as machine frames, welded constructions, and custom single pieces. The role requires a self-reliant professional capable of operating and programming CNC milling machines, especially in handling BIG PIECES using 5-axis technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently program and operate CNC milling machines.
• Manufacture small series and single pieces based on technical drawings.
• Determine optimal machining sequences and document the workflow.
• Perform in-process checks and final evaluations to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Machine both small and large parts, including welded constructions and machine frames.
• Work from technical drawings and comply with detailed work instructions.

Type of Work

Hands-on manufacturing and programming using CNC milling machines to produce both SMALL and BIG components. Must be capable of independently reading technical drawings and converting them into efficient CNC machining programs.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC milling experience.
• Proven experience working with Fanuc controls is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Heidenhain is a plus.
• Must have experience programming and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Completed vocational training as a CNC Machinist.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining operations.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
