Join the production team at Heijs Food, a leading company in the poultry industry located in Hoogeveen. We are looking for motivated and physically fit individuals to contribute to our state-of-the-art production facility, known for its high-quality products and innovative processes.

Job Description

As a production worker, you will handle various tasks and work stations within the facility. Your primary responsibilities may include:

• Filleting and marinating chicken.
• Packing and preparing chicken products.
• General production and warehouse tasks.

The salary for this role is €15.04 gross per hour (€17.93 gross per hour with all allowances). This includes an 8.33% holiday allowance and 10.92% vacation reserves.

Shift allowances are the following: Monday — Friday (20:00-06:00): +30%, Saturday (06:00-13:00): +15%, Saturday (14:00-18:00): +30%

You must wear long trousers and closed shoes, and no jewellery, false nails, or eyelashes are allowed in food production!

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are team players with a positive working attitude. The ideal candidate will also meet the following requirements:

• A communicative level of Polish is required.
• Must be physically able to perform heavy work at times.
• Must be willing to stay for a long period, with a minimum stay of 3 months.
• Ready to work in a cold environment with meat.
