VSDV (DHL) is looking for experienced CE Truck Drivers for regional transport from the Roosendaal location. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods within the regional network, supplying distribution centers in Zeeland and West Brabant, and ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
As a CE Driver for Regional Transport, your daily tasks will include:
- Driving a CE combination within the region
- Transporting roll containers and parcel shipments
- Supplying distribution centers in Zeeland and West Brabant
- Completing around 2 to 6 delivery locations per day
- Loading and unloading the trailer
- Ensuring safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries
- Returning to the base location at the end of the day
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A valid CE driving license (EU)
- A valid Code 95 diploma from your home country (EU)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a CE driver
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays when needed
- Willingness to share your truck with a colleague
- A social, friendly, punctual, and hands-on attitude
- Private transportation to get to work

- Gross hourly wage between €18.71 and €20.24
- Estimated net weekly salary for 55 hours: €675 – €875, depending on shift allowances
Working hours
- Flexible start times
- Trips can start between 02:00 – 03:00 at night or 05:00 – 08:00 in the morning
- One trip lasts around 6 to 7 hours
- You may do 1 or 2 trips per day, depending on workload
- Average working week: 45 to 50 hours

Onboarding process
Candidates are first screened based on CV, competencies, and hard requirements such as driving license, Code 95, and English level.
After arriving in the Netherlands, candidates will be tested at the training academy in Uden on:
- Driving behavior
- Damages
- Communication
- Punctuality
If the test is positive, the candidate will continue with 3 days of onboarding at VSDV, together with an experienced driver. During this period, the candidate will practice:
- Linking the truck to the dock
- Changing trailers
- Truck driving skills
If both the candidate and the experienced driver evaluate these days positively, the candidate can start a long-term job at VSDV.
