Our client is a leading manufacturer of modern mobile tower cranes, known for innovation, quality, and technical expertise. With a strong focus on precision and teamwork, the company delivers reliable lifting solutions used worldwide. To strengthen the assembly department, we are looking for skilled and motivated Assembly Workers.

As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling modern mobile tower cranes in a technically challenging and varied role. Within the assembly department, you will rotate between different workstations such as pre-assembly, masts, trucks, final assembly, upper frames, and booms.

Using technical drawings and work instructions, you will assemble and install key components, including drive systems, axles, cabins, and complete electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems such as control systems and engines.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Identifying and reporting delays in the assembly process to your team leader
• Performing inspections on mobile tower cranes
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions
• Installing and adjusting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

This role requires technical insight, accuracy, and a proactive working attitude.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience in a related technical field — at least 2-3 years
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A person who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Terms of Employment

• Net salary of €550 per week (excluding overtime)
• Accommodation, transport, and health insurance arranged
• 27 paid holidays per year (21 regular holidays + 6 public holidays)
