Currently NRF is looking for an assembly employee with experience to join their team!

As part of a team of 40 assembly colleagues and 4 team leaders, you will contribute to the daily operations in our assembly department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting, adjusting, and operating production machines
• Producing, assembling, and fitting heat exchangers
• Performing minor maintenance tasks (TPM)
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized (5S)
• Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
• Packing radiators for shipment
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues

Requirements:

You are a motivated and proactive individual with:

• previous experience working as an assembly employee or similar positions
• technical insight or affinity with machinery
• the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
• a flexible attitude and hands-on mentality
• a goal to grow and improve in your work
• independence, accuracy, and reliability
• a strong team spirit.

What We Offer

• Hourly salary: €15.52 (gross, for ages 18+)
• Additional pay: 10.5% holiday allowance + €0.85 ADV allowance per hour
