As a Mechanical Technician, you will work on-site and be responsible for independently carrying out the mechanical assembly and installation of logistic systems, technical installations, machines, and components based on technical drawings and work instructions.

Your main tasks:

• Independently performing mechanical assembly and installation work;
• Building and (co-)commissioning logistics systems and machines at customer locations;
• Assembling technical installations and machine components;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Performing quality inspections on your own work and that of colleagues;
• Ensuring work is carried out according to safety and quality standards.

Job requirements

• Education level: VMBO level 4 or MBO level 3 in Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience reading technical drawings;
• Forklift certificate and VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain them;
• Technical insight and hands-on mentality;
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
