Production operator (with VOG) Oostrum, in Netherlands

Job description

We are looking for serious and motivated candidates to work with our partner, Flextronics BV. The company is a leader in logistics services focused on the ICT industry. Flextronics has offices in over 30 countries on four continents. This warehouse works for major customers in Oostrum: Lenovo Spear Parts, MC, Cisco, Logitech, and Verifon.

In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collecting orders (picking) using pick lists with the help of a trolley and a hand scanner;
• Processing of goods (packing, labelling, and stickering);
• Simple administrative tasks (with computer);
• Unloading trucks (loose loading or hands);
• Preparing shipments for outbound department;
• Quality and quantity checks on the orders;
• Light assembly, testing and rework activities;
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The starting salary is €13.65 gross per hour (€12.29 base salary + 2.76% ATV + 8.33% holiday allowance). You need to be flexible enough to work extra hours if needed.

Please note: If you live up to 10 km from work, you will need to ride a bicycle to work. If you live 15–20 km from work, you will get an e-bike (bicycle with an electric motor that is faster). During the high season, however, accommodations can be located far from the workplace (20–70 km). The organization provides transportation (either by transit, e-bikes, or bicycles) for all employees.
