Je to v\u0161ak nepr\u00edjemn\u00e1 nevyhnutnos\u0165, ku ktorej sa spolo\u010dnosti \u010dasto uchy\u013euj\u00fa v \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch \u010dasoch, ako s\u00fa finan\u010dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, technologick\u00e9 zmeny alebo re\u0161trukturaliz\u00e1cia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u0161etci pozn\u00e1me hlavn\u00e9 aspekty tohto procesu, ale ako prebieha prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie v Holandsku? Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa povinnosti spolo\u010dnosti a kedy dostanete odstupn\u00e9? Po\u010das procesu mus\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e urobi\u0165 v\u0161etko, \u010do je v jeho sil\u00e1ch, aby zamestnancov pridelil na in\u00e9 vhodn\u00e9 poz\u00edcie, ak je to mo\u017en\u00e9, a to v lehote 26 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov.
