Ak skon\u010d\u00ed zmluva na dobu ur\u010dit\u00fa po\u010das choroby, zamestnanec sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd na nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky zo strany UWV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Samostatne z\u00e1robkovo \u010dinn\u00e9 osoby<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ako s\u00fa freelanceri, nemaj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky. V\u00fd\u0161ka WIA d\u00e1vky sa vypo\u010d\u00edta na z\u00e1klade posledn\u00e9ho pr\u00edjmu zamestnanca, jeho pracovnej schopnosti a typu WIA d\u00e1vky, na ktor\u00fa m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok.
