POJMY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1. Poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb \u2013 poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb sprostredkovan\u00e9ho zamestnania:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UAB \u2018Robin Jobs\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010c\u00edslo pr\u00e1vnickej osoby: 300659719<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adresa s\u00eddla a kore\u0161ponden\u010dn\u00e1 adresa: Naru\u010dio str. 3, Vilnius<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:finance@robin.jobs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">finance@robin.jobs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2. Klient \u2013 Plnolet\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 osoba, sp\u00f4sobil\u00e1 na pr\u00e1vne \u00fakony, ktor\u00e1 nie je obmedzen\u00e1 s\u00fadnym pr\u00edkazom, a ktor\u00e1 potvrdzuje tieto ustanovenia dohody o poskytovan\u00ed slu\u017eieb sprostredkovan\u00e9ho zamestnania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e &#8211; priamy alebo potenci\u00e1lny zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e klienta, alebo pracovn\u00e1 agent\u00fara v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajine Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie, s ktorou poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb pracuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. Z\u00e1sady ochrany osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov &#8211; dokument schv\u00e1len\u00fd poskytovate\u013eom slu\u017eieb, ktor\u00fd ustanovuje z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 pravidla zhroma\u017e\u010fovania, spracovania a uchov\u00e1vania osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov klienta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5. Dohoda \u2013 podmienky tejto dohody o slu\u017eb\u00e1ch sprostredkovania zamestnania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. PREDMET DOHODY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. S oh\u013eadom na podmienky zmluvy sa poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb zav\u00e4zuje poskytova\u0165 klientovi slu\u017eby sprostredkovania zamestnania v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajine Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie a klient sa zav\u00e4zuje odovzda\u0165 poskytovate\u013eovi slu\u017eieb spr\u00e1vne a presn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o sebe ako o potencion\u00e1lnom zamestnancovi a je povinn\u00fd dodr\u017eiava\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie povinnosti stanoven\u00e9 v zmluve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. POVINNOSTI POSKYTOVATE\u013dA SLU\u017dIEB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. Poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eby je povinn\u00fd:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.1. poskytn\u00fa\u0165 klientovi relevantn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o pracovn\u00fdch pr\u00edle\u017eitostiach a podmienkach v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajine Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.2. poskytn\u00fa\u0165 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi kandidat\u00faru klienta ako potenci\u00e1lneho zamestnanca a informova\u0165 klienta o z\u00e1ujme zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea o jeho kandidat\u00faru;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.3. po ods\u00fahlasen\u00ed kandidat\u00fary klienta zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom, informova\u0165 klienta o pracovn\u00fdch podmienkach pon\u00fakan\u00fdch zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. POVINNOSTI KLIENTA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. Klient je povinn\u00fd:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.1 najnesk\u00f4r v lehote ur\u010denej poskytovate\u013eom slu\u017eby, poskytn\u00fa\u0165 dokumenty potrebn\u00e9 k n\u00e1vrhu klienta na kandidat\u00faru zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi a k zamestnaniu klienta &#8211; k\u00f3pia dokladu toto\u017enosti klienta (cestovn\u00fd pas alebo ob\u010diansky preukaz), ako aj spr\u00e1vne a presn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie t.j. osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje klienta uveden\u00e9 v z\u00e1sad\u00e1ch ochrany osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.2. bezodkladne informova\u0165 poskytovate\u013ea slu\u017eieb o zmene dokladu toto\u017enosti (cestovn\u00e9ho pasu alebo ob\u010dianskeho preukazu) klienta alebo zmene in\u00fdch \u00fadajov a inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 boli poskytnut\u00e9 poskytovate\u013eovi slu\u017eieb na \u00fa\u010dely n\u00e1vrhu kandidat\u00fary klienta zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi alebo na \u00fa\u010dely zamestnania klienta ako je stanoven\u00e9 v bode 4.1.1. tejto dohody;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.3. ak poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb n\u00e1jde pre klienta vhodn\u00fa pracovn\u00fa poz\u00edciu, od\u00eds\u0165 na vlastn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na miesto v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajine Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie, pokia\u013e sa s poskytovate\u013eom slu\u017eieb nedohodn\u00fa inak;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.4. informova\u0165 poskytovate\u013ea slu\u017eieb o odmietnut\u00ed dohodnutej pracovnej poz\u00edcie najnesk\u00f4r 48 hod\u00edn pred pl\u00e1novan\u00fdm \u010dasom pr\u00edchodu (napr\u00edklad ak je odchod do pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajiny napl\u00e1novan\u00fd na sobotu o 10:00, mus\u00ed klient informova\u0165 poskytovate\u013ea slu\u017eieb o odmietnut\u00ed pr\u00edchodu na dohodnut\u00e9 miesto najnesk\u00f4r vo \u0161tvrtok dan\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a do 10:00);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.5. ma\u0165 pri ceste do pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajiny Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie pri sebe preukaz toto\u017enosti (cestovn\u00fd pas alebo ob\u010diansky preukaz), ktor\u00fd mus\u00ed by\u0165 platn\u00fd najmenej 6 mesiacov odo d\u0148a pr\u00edchodu do pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajiny Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.6. pr\u00eds\u0165 do pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajiny Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie a uzatvori\u0165 pracovn\u00fa zmluvu so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom aby mohol profesion\u00e1lne, \u010destne a v\u010das vykon\u00e1va\u0165 dohodnut\u00fa pracovn\u00fa funkciu v zmysle z\u00e1konov, pokynov a nariaden\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, vr\u00e1tane pravidiel spr\u00e1vania sa na pracovisku.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Klient sa zaru\u010duje \u017ee:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.1. po ods\u00fahlasen\u00ed pracovn\u00fdch podmienok ktor\u00e9 pon\u00faka zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e, ako sa uv\u00e1dza v bode 3.1.3 tejto dohody, vyjadruje s\u00fahlas s pracovnou ponukou zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea a potvrdzuje \u017ee sp\u013a\u0148a v\u0161etky po\u017eiadavky uveden\u00e9 v pracovnej ponuke. Ak po\u017eiadavky nesp\u013a\u0148a, zav\u00e4zuje sa bezodkladne informova\u0165 poskytovate\u013ea slu\u017eieb o ak\u00fdchko\u013evek nezrovnalostiach s t\u00fdm s\u00favisiacich;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.2. ak\u00e9ko\u013evek z\u00e1v\u00e4zky vo\u010di tret\u00edm stran\u00e1m nem\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 d\u00f4vodom, pre\u010do by sa klient nemohol zamestna\u0165 a pracova\u0165 v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajine Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie a ani neexistuj\u00fa \u010fal\u0161ie d\u00f4vody pre ktor\u00e9 by sa klient nemohol uch\u00e1dza\u0165 o pr\u00e1cu v krajin\u00e1ch Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.3. v\u0161etky inform\u00e1cie ktor\u00e9 boli poskytnut\u00e9 poskytovate\u013eovi slu\u017eieb na z\u00e1klade tejto dohody a prilo\u017een\u00fdch dokumentov alebo ich k\u00f3pi\u00ed s\u00fa pravdiv\u00e9;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. Klient berie na vedomie, \u017ee poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb nevykon\u00e1va a nepln\u00ed \u017eiadne funkcie zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea (neuzatv\u00e1ra s klientom pracovn\u00fa zmluvu, nezav\u00e1dza a neorganizuje re\u017eim pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu a \u010dasu odpo\u010dinku, neuplat\u0148uje disciplin\u00e1rne sankcie, nestanovuje pracovn\u00e9 normy a pravidl\u00e1, nehodnot\u00ed v\u00fdsledky pr\u00e1ce klienta, neprij\u00edma ani neprep\u00fa\u0161\u0165a klienta a nevykon\u00e1va \u017eiadne \u010fal\u0161ie \u00fakony a\/alebo funkcie, ktor\u00e9 vykon\u00e1va zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e), t.j. pod\u013ea dohody o poskytovan\u00ed slu\u017eieb poskytuje klientovi sprostredkovate\u013esk\u00e9 slu\u017eby v zamestnan\u00ed bez toho, aby od klienta za slu\u017eby po\u017eadoval ak\u00fako\u013evek odmenu. Poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb preto nepreber\u00e1 zodpovednos\u0165 a nezaru\u010duje, \u017ee:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.1. klient bude zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom zamestnan\u00fd aj po z\u00edskan\u00ed s\u00fahlasu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea s kandidat\u00farou klienta;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.2. klient zamestnan\u00fd zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom bude pracova\u0165 na pln\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok, t.j. 8 hod\u00edn za pracovn\u00fd de\u0148 a 40 hod\u00edn do t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a (zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e stanov\u00ed za\u010diatok a koniec pracovnej doby a prest\u00e1vky);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3. klient bude pracova\u0165 v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajine Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie na ur\u010dit\u00e9 stanoven\u00e9 obdobie (napr\u00edklad rok, mesiac);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4. Klient berie na vedomie, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky jeho pr\u00e1ce pod\u013ea pracovnej zmluvy uzavretej so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom, bude hodnoti\u0165 iba zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e a \u017ee poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb sa na tomto hodnoten\u00ed nez\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uje a nem\u00e1 na ne \u017eiadny vplyv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. \u010eAL\u0160IE USTANOVENIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1. Poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb nezodpoved\u00e1 klientovi za \u017eiadne straty a\/alebo v\u00fddavky v s\u00favislosti so vz\u0165ahom medzi klientom a zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom a s \u010dinmi a rozhodnutiami zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea vo vz\u0165ahu ku klientovi, vr\u00e1tane v\u00fddavkov stanoven\u00fdch v bode 4.1.3. tejto dohody;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2. Zmluvn\u00e9 strany nebud\u00fa zodpovedn\u00e9 za neplnenie alebo nespr\u00e1vne plnenie dohody z d\u00f4vodu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vy\u0161\u0161ej moci;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3. Dohoda nadob\u00fada platnos\u0165 okamihom schv\u00e1lenia, ke\u010f klient zaklikne pol\u00ed\u010dko \u2018Pre\u010d\u00edtal som si podmienky dohody o poskytovan\u00ed sprostredkovate\u013esk\u00fdch slu\u017eieb v zamestnan\u00ed a s\u00fahlas\u00edm s nimi\u2019. Takto schv\u00e1len\u00e1 dohoda je pr\u00e1vne z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fdm dokumentom pre klienta aj pre poskytovate\u013ea slu\u017eieb;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4. Dohoda je platn\u00e1 a\u017e do \u00fapln\u00e9ho splnenia z\u00e1v\u00e4zkov v\u0161etk\u00fdch z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch str\u00e1n pod\u013ea tejto dohody;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5. Zmluvn\u00e9 strany maj\u00fa pr\u00e1vo ukon\u010di\u0165 dohodu vz\u00e1jomnou p\u00edsomnou dohodou alebo jednostranne, a to p\u00edsomn\u00fdm ozn\u00e1men\u00edm ukon\u010denia dohody druhej zmluvnej strane (vr\u00e1tane emailu) dva dni vopred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.6. V\u0161etky spory, ktor\u00e9 medzi stranami vznikn\u00fa, sa urovnaj\u00fa dohodou t\u00fdchto str\u00e1n, a v pr\u00edpade nedosiahnutia dohody, v s\u00falade s ustanoveniami pr\u00e1vneho poriadku Litovskej republiky.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.7.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e1to dohoda bola uzavret\u00e1, bude sa interpretova\u0165 a v\u0161etky spory medzi stranami sa bud\u00fa rie\u0161i\u0165 v s\u00falade s pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi Litovskej republiky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODMIENKY DOHODY O POSKYTOVAN\u00cd SLU\u017dIEB SPROSTREDKOVANIA ZAMESTNANIA &nbsp; 1.
