Darba dev\u0113js &#8211; klienta tie\u0161ais vai potenci\u0101lais darba dev\u0113js vai nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas a\u0123ent\u016bra attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b, ar kuru pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113js sadarbojas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. Priv\u0101tuma politika &#8211; pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113ja apstiprin\u0101ts dokuments, kas nosaka pamatnoteikumus klienta personas datu uzkr\u0101\u0161anai, v\u0101k\u0161anai, apstr\u0101dei un glab\u0101\u0161anai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5. L\u012aGUMA PRIEK\u0160METS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. \u0145emot v\u0113r\u0101 l\u012bguma noteikumus un nosac\u012bjumus, pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113js ap\u0146emas sniegt klientam nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas starpniec\u012bbas pakalpojumus attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b, un klients ap\u0146emas sniegt pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113jam pareizu un prec\u012bzu inform\u0101ciju par sevi k\u0101 par darbinieku un pild\u012bt citas saist\u012bbas, kas noteiktas l\u012bgum\u0101.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. PAKALPOJUMU SNIEDZ\u0112JA PIEN\u0100KUMI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. Pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113jam ir pien\u0101kums:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.1. Sniegt klientam b\u016btisku inform\u0101ciju par nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas iesp\u0113j\u0101m un apst\u0101k\u013ciem attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.2. Pied\u0101v\u0101t darba dev\u0113jam klienta k\u0101 potenci\u0101l\u0101 darbinieka kandidat\u016bru un inform\u0113t klientu par darba dev\u0113ja interesi klienta kandidat\u016br\u0101;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.3. Sa\u0146emot darba dev\u0113ja piekri\u0161anu klienta kandidat\u016brai, inform\u0113t klientu par darba dev\u0113ja pied\u0101v\u0101tajiem darba apst\u0101k\u013ciem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. KLIENTA SAIST\u012aBAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. Klientam ir pien\u0101kums:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.1 Ne v\u0113l\u0101k k\u0101 pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113ja noteiktaj\u0101 termi\u0146\u0101 iesniegt pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113jam dokumentus, kas nepiecie\u0161ami klienta kandidat\u016bras izvirz\u012b\u0161anai, darba dev\u0113jam un klienta nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbai &#8211; klienta personu apliecino\u0161u dokumentu (pases vai personas apliec\u012bbas) kopiju, k\u0101 ar\u012b pareizu un prec\u012bzu inform\u0101ciju, t. i. priv\u0101tuma politik\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012btie klienta personas dati;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.2. Nekav\u0113joties inform\u0113t pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113ju par klienta personu apliecino\u0161a dokumenta (pases vai personas apliec\u012bbas), citu klienta datu un \/ vai inform\u0101cijas, kas sniegta pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113jam, nomai\u0146u, kas paredz\u0113ta klienta nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbai un darba dev\u0113jam, k\u0101 noteikts l\u012bguma punkt\u0101 4.1.1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.3. Ja pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113js atrod klientam piem\u0113rotu darba vietu, klientam, par saviem l\u012bdzek\u013ciem, j\u0101nok\u013c\u016bst uz darba vietu attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b, ja vien ar pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113ju nav veikta cita vieno\u0161an\u0101s;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.4. Ne v\u0113l\u0101k k\u0101 48 stundas pirms pl\u0101not\u0101 iera\u0161an\u0101s laika inform\u0113t pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113ju par atteik\u0161anos doties uz norun\u0101to darba vietu (piem\u0113ram, ja izlido\u0161ana uz attiec\u012bgo Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valsti paredz\u0113ta sestdien\u0101 plkst. 10:00, klientam j\u0101inform\u0113 par atteikumu doties uz norun\u0101to darba vietu ne v\u0113l\u0101k k\u0101 attiec\u012bg\u0101s ned\u0113\u013cas ceturtdien\u0101 plkst. 10:00 no r\u012bta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.5. Ce\u013cojot uz attiec\u012bgo Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valsti, pa\u0146emt l\u012bdzi savu personu apliecino\u0161o dokumentu (pasi vai personas apliec\u012bbu), kam j\u0101b\u016bt der\u012bgam vismaz 6 m\u0113ne\u0161us, s\u0101kot no iera\u0161an\u0101s dienas attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.6. Ieradoties attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b un nosl\u0113dzot darba l\u012bgumu ar darba dev\u0113ju, god\u012bgi, savlaic\u012bgi, prec\u012bzi un profesion\u0101li veikt savus darba pien\u0101kumus, iev\u0113rojot darba dev\u0113ja nor\u0101d\u012bjumus, likumus, nolikumus un profesion\u0101los standartus, k\u0101 ar\u012b darba dev\u0113ja noteiktos noteikumus, tostarp proced\u016bras noteikumus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Klients apstiprina un garant\u0113:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.1. Iepaz\u012bstoties ar darba dev\u0113ja sniegtajiem darba apst\u0101k\u013ciem, k\u0101 paredz\u0113ts l\u012bguma 3.1.3. punkt\u0101, un piekr\u012btot \u0161\u0101dam darba dev\u0113ja nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas pied\u0101v\u0101jumam, klients ar\u012b apstiprin\u0101s, ka vi\u0146\u0161 atbilst vis\u0101m darb\u0101 noteiktaj\u0101m pras\u012bb\u0101m, pied\u0101v\u0101t vai nekav\u0113joties inform\u0113t pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113ju par vis\u0101m ar to saist\u012btaj\u0101m neatbilst\u012bb\u0101m;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.2. Jebkura klienta saist\u012bbas pret tre\u0161aj\u0101m person\u0101m nav un nevar b\u016bt iemesls, k\u0101p\u0113c klients nevar\u0113ja ieg\u016bt darbu un str\u0101d\u0101t attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b, k\u0101 ar\u012b nav citu iemeslu, k\u0101p\u0113c klients nevar\u0113tu ieg\u016bt darbu un str\u0101d\u0101t attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.3. Visa inform\u0101cija, kuru klients iesniedzis pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113jam saska\u0146\u0101 ar \u0161o l\u012bgumu, un pievienotie dokumenti un \/ vai to kopijas ir pareiza un patiesa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. Klients apzin\u0101s un saprot, ka pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113js nepilda nevienu darba dev\u0113ja funkciju (nesl\u0113dz ar klientu darba l\u012bgumu, nep\u0101rvalda un neizveido klienta darba un atp\u016btas laika re\u017e\u012bmu, neveic disciplin\u0101rsodus, nenosaka darba standartus un noteikumus, nev\u0113rt\u0113 klienta darba rezult\u0101tus, nevar pie\u0146emt un \/ vai atlaist klientu, neveic citas darba dev\u0113ja veikt\u0101s darb\u012bbas un \/ vai funkcijas), tas ir, saska\u0146\u0101 ar vieno\u0161anos, pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113js nodro\u0161ina klientam nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas starpniec\u012bbas pakalpojumus, nevis nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas pakalpojumus, ne\u0146emot no klienta atl\u012bdz\u012bbu; t\u0101p\u0113c pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113js neuz\u0146emas nek\u0101du atbild\u012bbu un negarant\u0113, ka:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.1. Klients tiks nodarbin\u0101ts pie darba dev\u0113ja p\u0113c tam, kad b\u016bs sa\u0146\u0113mis darba dev\u0113ja apstiprin\u0101jumu par klienta kandidat\u016bru;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.2. Darba dev\u0113ja nodarbin\u0101tais klients str\u0101d\u0101s pilnu slodzi, t.i. 8 stundas darba dien\u0101, 40 stundas ned\u0113\u013c\u0101 (darba laika un p\u0101rtraukuma s\u0101kumu un beigas nosaka darba dev\u0113js);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3.\u00a0 Klients atbilsto\u0161aj\u0101 period\u0101 str\u0101d\u0101s attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valst\u012b (piem\u0113ram, gadu, m\u0113nesi).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4. Klients saprot, ka vi\u0146a darba rezult\u0101ti, saska\u0146\u0101 ar nosl\u0113gto l\u012bgumu starp darba dev\u0113ju, tiks nov\u0113rt\u0113ti tikai no darba dev\u0113ja puses un pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113js \u0161aj\u0101 v\u0113rt\u0113\u0161an\u0101 nepiedal\u012bsies un to neietekm\u0113s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. CITI NOSAC\u012aJUMI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1.Pakalpojuma sniedz\u0113js nav atbild\u012bgs par klienta zaud\u0113jumiem un \/ vai izdevumiem, kas saist\u012bti ar attiec\u012bb\u0101m starp klientu un darba dev\u0113ju k\u0101 ar\u012b darba dev\u0113ja darb\u012bb\u0101m un l\u0113mumiem attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz klientu, ieskaitot izdevumus, kas noteikti l\u012bguma 4.1.3. punk\u0101.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2. L\u012bgumsl\u0113dz\u0113ja puses nav atbild\u012bgas par l\u012bguma neizpildi vai nepareizu izpildi nep\u0101rvaramas \u0101rk\u0101rtas situ\u0101cijas apst\u0101k\u013cu d\u0113\u013c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3. L\u012bgums st\u0101jas sp\u0113k\u0101 t\u0101 apstiprin\u0101\u0161anas br\u012bd\u012b, kad klients atz\u012bm\u0113 r\u016bti\u0146u \u201cEsmu izlas\u012bjis un piekr\u012btu l\u012bguma par darba starpniec\u012bbas pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anu noteikumiem un nosac\u012bjumiem\u201d. \u0160\u0101di apstiprin\u0101ts l\u012bgums ir juridisks dokuments, kas ir saisto\u0161s klientam un pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113jam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4. L\u012bgums ir sp\u0113k\u0101 l\u012bdz pu\u0161u saist\u012bbu piln\u012bgai izpildei saska\u0146\u0101 ar l\u012bgumu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5. Pus\u0113m ir ties\u012bbas izbeigt l\u012bgumu, savstarp\u0113ji vai vienpus\u0113ji vienojoties, par to rakstiski pazi\u0146ojot otrai pusei (ieskaitot e-pastu) 2 (divas) darba dienas iepriek\u0161.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.6.
