We are looking for an experienced and motivated CNC Miller to join a leading company specializing in precision machining of composite components. As a CNC Miller, you will independently set up, operate, and maintain CNC machining centers (3- and/or 5-axis) to produce high-accuracy plastic and composite parts.

Responsibilities

• Independently setting up CNC machining centers
• Milling composite and plastic workpieces based on technical drawings and instructions
• Checking dimensions and tolerances using drawings and measuring tools
• Discussing adjustments or improvements to NC programs with the programmer
• Operating 3- or 5-axis milling machines for high-precision composite components
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
• Shift handover participation and weekly team meetings

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience operating CNC milling machines (3-axis and/or 5-axis)
• Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls
• Experience with EdgeCam, Vericut, and Mastercam
• Experience with composite elements
• Accurate, motivated, and quality-focused
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Willing to work in a two-shift system
• Driver’s license is not mandatory but strongly preferred

Working Conditions

• Working days: 5 per week
• Working hours: 8 hours/day (early & late shift)
• Holidays: In agreement with supervisor/planning; approximately every 3 months
• Accommodation: private bedroom
• Salary: € 600 – € 700 net/week (based on 40 hrs/week, after tax & housing), paid weekly every Wednesday
