About the Role

This dual-purpose role blends high-precision internal logistics with efficient order fulfillment. You will be responsible for moving bulk tech inventory safely using a reach truck, while also supporting the team on the floor utilizing Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOP).

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Safely operate a reach truck to place completed orders in correct high-rack locations and load/unload incoming transport goods.
• Order Picking: Efficiently pick tech products using a digital scanner, operating EPT and LLOP machinery to navigate the warehouse.
• Sorting & Dispatch: Sort, verify, and organize orders according to specific customer requirements to ensure zero-defect shipping.
• Manual Handling: Assist with physical warehouse duties, including sorting and safely lifting packages that can weigh up to 25 kg.

The base pay for the role €15.00 gross per hour, which increases to €16.20 gross per hour when factoring in your guaranteed holiday allowance.

In addition to the salary, employees also have generous shift & weekend bonuses:

• • Evening Shifts: +7.5%
  • Saturdays: 150%
  • Sundays: 200%
• Overtime Premiums:
  • First 2 hours of overtime: 125%
  • From the 3rd hour onwards: 150%
• Time Off Benefits: Includes a minimum of 20 paid holiday days per year (built up based on your hours worked) plus a guaranteed 8% holiday allowance.

Shift Schedule & Paid Breaks: Standard shifts fluctuate weekly (e.g., 07:30–16:00, 09:00–17:30, 12:30–21:00, or 13:30–22:00). Every shift includes a 60-minute break, 30 minutes of which is fully paid by the company.

Professional work clothing and safety shoes are provided to you completely free of charge.

Requirements

• Certifications: A valid Reach Truck Certificate is mandatory.
• Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift or reach truck is required. Prior experience handling EPT or LLOP machinery is considered a strong advantage.
• Must-have: Clean criminal record (must be provided within 6 weeks of starting).
• Language Skills: A communicative level of English is essential for safety protocols, scanner instructions, and team coordination.
• Flexibility & Stamina: A strong team player who is physically fit, flexible with changing schedules, and fully committed to working long-term.
• Peak Availability: Mandatory availability to work during major holiday peak seasons, specifically Christmas and Easter.
• Accommodation: Willingness to live in a shared room and share common residential areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
• Partners & Shifts: Readiness to work in separate shifts and different departments if you choose to apply together with a friend or a partner.

Important Financial Information

• No Advance Payments: Please note that advance cash payments are not available.
• First Payout: Your first official salary will be paid out during your second week of employment.
• Operational Flexibility: In line with logistics demands, you may occasionally be transferred to alternative departments or nearby workplaces if required
