Jde v\u0161ak o nep\u0159\u00edjemnou nezbytnost, ke kter\u00e9 se spole\u010dnosti \u010dasto uchyluj\u00ed v t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch dob\u00e1ch, jako jsou finan\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, technologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny nebo restrukturalizace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u0161ichni jsme obezn\u00e1meni s hlavn\u00edmi aspekty tohoto procesu, ale jak vlastn\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v Nizozemsku? Jak\u00e9 jsou povinnosti spole\u010dnosti a za jak dlouho obdr\u017e\u00edte odstupn\u00e9? Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zachov\u00e1na spravedlnost, co\u017e je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 v\u011bc, na kterou by se pracovn\u00edci v podobn\u00fdch situac\u00edch m\u011bli zam\u011b\u0159it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejprve si definujme, co je nadbyte\u010dnost v Nizozemsku podle z\u00e1kona.
